Another tip is to get quality sleep so you can focus on tasks and complete them successfully. You need your brain to be at its optimal capacity for you to make strategic decisions at work. It is recommended that you get a minimum of 8 hours of sleep a day. Try to make this a habit. If you have been staying up late at night and still getting up early, you probably have not been getting enough sleep, and hence not able to optimize your working time.
