In this day and age, everyone is scheduling meetings online through calendar apps. You’ve heard of Google Calendar, Microsoft Calendar, and iCalendar, but have you heard of the newest and maybe most innovative designed calendar? This week, the fourth version of TeamCalendar.ai was released and you must try it out! It allows you to see when a person is available for a meeting and automatically calculates the time zones to make remote work so much easier. What’s more, it solves the problem of not knowing how efficient your meetings are. You can do this by setting your meetings from low to high priority and you can look at the ‘insights’ chart to view your efficiency. The company’s mission is to make the world more productive by helping managers organize their time better. According to the website, ‘you can find the best time to meet based on time zones, member’s availability, and meeting history.’ It is sleek and simple to use. Now that everyone is working at home, this tool is needed more than ever.

The CEO, Raj Lal, came up with the idea for a new Calendar application while he was working. He would be looking at his calendar that he was using and think that it was just visually too cluttered and there must be a better design and system for scheduling meetings, especially across multiple time zones. He then started on his journey working to create TeamCalendar.ai, which is a reimagined calendar for the 21st century.

Raj has designed software used by millions of people. Raj has more than 15 years of experience with companies like Sony, Nokia, Cisco, and successful Enterprise & AI startups like MobileIron, SpaceIQ, and Bill.com.

Once Raj had the idea, he shared it with, Lakshmi Chava, who joined as Co-founder and the CTO of TeamCalendar.ai. Lakshmi has over 15 years of experience leading software development of highly scalable enterprise applications, including ERP and bank applications in Silicon Valley. Additionally, the team has Glenda Scaurez as Technical Architect, Ghazal Fadai in Sales, and Sobir Azimov as QA Lead.
